I like the fact that they're eco-friendly (except for the fact that Smartass use sellotape on the box) and delivered straight to your door. The rolls themselves are 2 ply, not particularly soft (the underside is actually rough) and are physically smaller than other toilet rolls we've used. But considering that they're 2 ply, they are very sturdy and don't fall apart. The only reason that we're continuing to pay the extortionate price that subscription-based toilet roll companies charge versus toilet roll bought from the supermarket is because we're fed up with the amount of single use plastic and environment destruction.
