You sent an email a about 2 weeks ago saying the shipment was delayed and now you ask me to complete a survey saying my order was fulfilled 14 days and wanted feedback. Our order has yet to arrive. Should we have received it by now or is the shipment still delayed??

Smart ass paper towels

I love these. I use a lot as I often have grandchildren and also foster kittens. The towels are firm and absorbent enough to deal with all the accidents that occur.

It's so convenient to get this delivered. And saves a lot of plastic. Just wish they'd use paper based packing paper too.
